Hospital maternity ward. A doctor comes to Kazim and tells him that he has a child, but that he has Down syndrome. Kazim, who comes home from the hospital, tells Leyli that he will not take care of the sick child, but will take him to an orphanage. No matter how much Leyli begs Kazim, Kazim takes the baby and leaves the house. He throws the baby in a garbage dump a short distance from their house. He quickly leaves. Panah and her little son Ramal, who are passing by the garbage dump, hear the baby crying and take her from there. 
20 years later. Farid sees a girl who has fallen into the sea while drunk. Farid calls for help in an alarming manner. Ramal comes and pulls the girl out of the water. Ayan tells them his life story. It turns out that Ayan's stepmother is forcing her to marry her to her nephew. But Ayan says she doesn't love him. Farid makes a plan for them. Ayan takes them to his house and introduces them to her father. He says that Ramal was her lover. 
A maid working at Ayangil's house sees Farid, who has Down syndrome. She feels very bad. She remembers the son she lost years ago.
